The Ghostman & Demon Hunter Show!

Sunday from 9:00 – 11:00 PM EST:
This Sunday: February 24th
Steve Cook - a veteran of 27 years in the radio business, hosting his own morning show for several years, and serving as production director at WTCM radio in Traverse City, Michigan for the rest.
When he first penned the lyrics to "The Legend" in 1987, he had no idea the monster he was creating. While originally produced as an April Fool's joke, the story of the cyclical appearances of a half-man, half dog creature in the northern wilderness struck a chord with listeners. The song was an enormous hit, and has since become an permanent part of midwestern folklore.
Even stranger, scores of people have come forward to tell compelling tales of actual encounters with a creature very much like the one described in the song. Many brought evidence, including hair samples, track casts, photographs, and even a film.
While initially skeptical of such tales, Cook has softened his position on the possible existence of the dogman.
"Too many credible people have told me too many incredible stories," he said recently. "Now, when people ask me 'do you think it's real?' I have to answer...I just don't know."
The legend of the dogman, and the rash of sightings in Wisconsin and Michigan , is the subject of investigation on the season finale of Monster Quest, the wildly popular crypto-series on The History Channel.
