I for one actually enjoyed it. It wasn't trying to be something it wasn't. It was presented as footage/evidence and that's what it was. nothing more nothing less.

I don't want to say to much to give it away to anyone else.

I also liked the movie.Did you happen to get into the whole back story of the movie by going to the websites they set up?I think that's what really got me wanting to see the movie.If you didn't do a search for cloverfield clues and it has everything leading up to the movie.Very cool!

I had seen that they are talking about a sequel already and I guess the idea behind it would be another camera catching the same evening in a different part of New York.Sounds cool but I would like to see a movie about the events that lead up to the attack.I hope what I posted helps you out.I think you'll enjoy the back story on the movie.
